  Who are the Christadelphians?

The Christadelphians of Toronto West are a group of people from all walks of life. The name "Christadelphian" means "Brothers in Christ". We are united by a common faith in the Gospel preached by the Lord Jesus Christ and the apostles in the first century. Our love for the study and God's inspired word, the Bible, leads us to live in hope of the resurrection to eternal life in God's coming Kingdom on earth.

To learn more about what we believe, please see Our Beliefs.

  Help with understanding the Bible

Most of us find the Bible difficult to understand. Being a people who love to study God's Word, we are more than happy to share what assistance we can to make reading the Bible a more rewarding experience.

Many have already found the "Learn to Read the Bible Effectively" seminar series to be of immense help. This is an initial series of 6 seminars on basic Bible reading, followed by additional series on specific Bible subjects such as "Genesis", "The life of Jesus" and "Prophecy". All the seminars are free of charge. Please follow the link Bible Seminar for more details about the courses, dates of the current and upcoming series, and registration details.

As well, this website contains a Bible reading plan that will take you through the entire Bible in a year (the Old Testament once, the New Testament twice). In addition to this, there are links to commentary and devotional thoughts on each day's portion. Please use Daily Readings to access the reading plan.

When and where do we meet?

We host a wide variety of regular weekly meetings. On Sundays there is a morning Sunday School with classes for all ages (parents included) followed by morning worship. Bible study seminars are held after lunch on Sunday, and on Wednesday evenings. On Friday evenings Bible orientated activities for young people occur for junior (5-12 years old) and senior (ages 13 and up) groups.

Please see Events for further details of the times of these events, the topics of the Bible seminars and access to MP3 recordings of events you may have missed.

Contact Us will provide you details of our location and how to contact us by phone or email if you have any questions.
